reducing inventory again...
I am reaching the limit of my ability to store my art. 2024-2025 were good years in many ways, several cool shows and new pieces, just no sales. Fortunately I have your support and/or feedback so I can afford to be less desperate, reduce stock, and move onto the next great piece. Anything above freight is a gift and not necessary. If you are local or know someone that is local I will take it to them at no charge.
This is for those who are patrons (past or current), free subscribers (6 months or more), friends, and/or family. I will show a different piece every 2 weeks. Sign up for the 'As They Happen' newsletter and you will be notified first. If you are only able to see SFW, you might want that changed, just tell me. I can comp you a patron subscription.
Every two weeks I will offer a new one and retract the old one. Yes, you can claim more than one. Hopefully some paintings will find a home. Here is the first one:
The underprint is a black and white photo I took of my goldfish decades ago in Santa Barbara. I love and have nearly always had goldfish. Only recently I switched to Koi. This piece has layers and was completed using Micron and Posca Pens, F&W ink, acrylics and 2 coats of final varnish. I was asked in a Zoom peer review what I call my technique. Scribbling, I call my technique scribbling... 12x16x1.5" mixed media mounted on cradled hardboard. the underprint was printed on heavy wt Epson Hot Press Natural paper using archival inks. Should outlast you and be a problem for your heirs.
I have stepped down from OMA's Online Art Share. Those of you who attended and/or are interested can still attend. Contact me if you would like to go to the next one on April 5th, 6-8. Theo will be leading it and a good time will be had by all. I plan to be there!

On the off chance you have been playing around on Wicked island, here is a JSON file for a desert beach complex I built in the water. You need to save it to C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\WickedIsland\Saved\BuildPresets on your computer. When you next load your copy of Wicked Island press the " / " key and it will bring up all sorts of goodies including the preset you just saved. I tend to rescue people a lot so I have lots of food, beer, games, books, sexual athletes, tournaments... All of which is built into this collection of galleries, arena, nursery, and workshops built into 3 seperate buildings (you will have to rescue people to fill the seats). I have filled all the chairs with rescued slaves in my own version of the game... led to so many buildings around the island.
