Aja had me photograph some self-made scars on her arm. The most prominent one was from her divorce.
This piece started at the Hotels/Motels (Unofficial Art Fair 2018), December 14 & 15, in a photo shoot of this person and others brushing their teeth or showing their scars. 12"x12"x1.5" mixed media, primarily a digital underprint followed by micron pens and acrylics. 3 coats of Liquitex Gloss Varnish.
