All right! I have spent at least 44 years as an artist. Themes and imagery echoing throughout the decades as images taken popup reworked again and again. Since 2012 I have been focused on mixed media and interactive pieces. Loved the work, time to move on.

Good Morning! I sent two extra emails out this month, one was a meeting invite and the other was a poem that I have now deleted (save the email if you liked that depressing bit of prose). Working on a condensed version of the meeting to post here. Fred and I had fun talking but we do go on...

I backed out of a photo shoot early September. I had a 2nd chance crop up on the 10th of september. I jumped at it. The link to the full post on www.rbcdart.com is here (Link). Below are a few of the SFW pictures.

The last two weeks I have been creating substrates to paint or collage on. a. I destroyed several pieces, recycled their panels, and created some new (again) substrates to paint on. b. I also prepared many 2.5 by 3.5 blocks (and a few other sizes). Thank you Brian Myer.

We'll here we go again. Signed up for another 3 months of Hillcrest Walk in Art. This has become a good way for me to push production of smaller works, do interactive pieces and general immerse myself in a neighborhood I love. Breaking even...

A lot of time spent preparing the 25 bags for giveaway at the August Hillcrest Walk in Art. Each contained one Surplus Dollar and a Magnet with a scanned image of a persons comment from Pride along with the original comment taped to the front of the bag.

This festival is wonderful with things for all ages. I respect that the people running Art of Pride did not censor but just made sure artists were warning guardians of adult material. The Change Tree worked. Money flowed on and off.

Did more on the Studio Burlesque series and started on some non-figurative pieces. The links all lead to individual pages with the piece on them. Very enjoyable series to work on. This bulletin falls between two shows, Hillcrest Walk in Art and SD Art of Pride.
